Although all Cortland properties have a distinct yet similar branding that streamlines across their properties, each property has it’s own individual flair and look. This luxury apartment property, formerly Park Pointe North, was acquired by Cortland and ready for a new, updated look and branding for the property. Cortland stands by its company credo: We believe in a better life where hospitality is always a given, each detail is worth a second thought, and every moment is an opportunity to go beyond expectations. We strived to make sure their signage lived up to that and we believe that goal was accomplished
